Earlier this week I had my last class of the semester. Since then, when I should have been working on all my final projects and studying for exams, I was forgetting what day it was and making a plant bench for our balcony.
Last night we brought our kitchen table and two chairs out and we ate homemade pizza amongst twinkly lights and candles. I have a plan to plant pots of lavender and catnip and anything else that repels mosquitos so dinner-on-the-balcony can be a reoccuring event.

the balcony looks lovely! there's nothing better then mornings and evenings sitting and eating on the porch.
oh I love your plant bench. such a nice little space!
I am so inspired this! I wish I had a balcony to eat dinner under the stars. Sounds so romantic :)
loving those twinkly lights, makes me yearn for summer to hurry up and get here! :)
Yes! You are beautiful! I miss you and Jeff and Georgia! Lavender and Catnip repel mosquitoes? I am planting them right away. All I need is one more reason to grow lavender abundantly! I cannot wait for July! As soon as I'm hitched and we're set I will be ready for another trip to see yous twos:)
